Adult Individual Therapy Sessions: average 50 minutes.

Fees:
Free consultation: 15 minutes. Let's chat, ask each other questions, and use this time to see if this feels like a good fit for therapy.
Initial Intake Assessment: $150. At our first appointment, we'll discuss your concerns and history, current symptoms, and set goals you'd like to accomplish during our time together.
Individual Therapy Sessions: $130. I combine person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused approaches to address your current concerns and work towards your goals.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT): $130. CPT is a specialized therapy approach to address Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). CPT focuses on re-evaluating thoughts and beliefs that may be "stuck" from past traumas.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): $130. EMDR is a therapy approach initially developed to treat PTSD/trauma. It involves using bilateral stimulation to help individuals reprocess and integrate traumatic or distressing memories.
- I accept a limited number of insurance companies through a company called Headway; you will receive a link to submit your insurance information on the Headway website for billing purposes and to confirm benefits. The insurance companies I accept include: Aetna, Cigna, Oxford, United Healthcare, and Oscar Health. I also accept Lyra EAP.
- I am out of network for any insurance companies not listed above. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement; I cannot guarantee that they will reimburse you. I recommend you reach out to your insurance for more understanding of your out-of-network benefits.
- Note: Please note that in order to bill your insurance, they require "medical necessity" be shown to cover services, meaning a mental health diagnosis will be submitted. Similarly, in order for me to provide a superbill, that also requires "medical necessity" typically demonstrated by a diagnosis.
